busy with socks

don't forget to mouse-over!

... busy with sock(s) creatures! i made this sweet & fat little girl this morning. she's off to a birthday celebration this afternoon. she's so cute, i do want to keep her for myself ... but, i'm trying to be less selfish. trying.

... and pomatomus slowly grows. i have doubts that i'll have enough yarn for my toes. though, i have seen that plenty of knitters have made these socks with only two hanks of koigu (and my yardage is the same), i am always the skeptical & faithless knitter.

isn't she cute ?!

After seeing all your sock monsters, I ordered the book. I couldn't help it. I have to try one myself.

I think the pomatamus (or, you know, whatever) is the prettiest sock out there. LOVE sock monster.

Even though her outfit is sugary sweet, she looks like a bossy little girl.

Love that elegant Pomatomus.

i LOVE her. and the pomatomus sock is awesome as well, but i already expressed jealousy over that.

i am still very much enjoying my sock creatures--they will be making a blog debut today. :)

I have always wanted to knit a pair of those pom socks, but I know that I would never finish them. That's just how I roll these days. ;) Yours are going to be awesome!

I LOVE the sock monster too! Her name should be 'hot lips' or perhaps 'agent pink'? And she was such a surprise at the birthday celebration. I am so glad that you decided to give her a good home...she sits with me everynite!
Thanks again Agent Gray!
