after finishing swallowtail, i am eager to cast on for another shawl. i thought i had found the perfect combo of yarn and pattern ... but now i'm not so sure. stay tuned ....

Pretty!! I've finally started wearing my Keen Maryjanes as well because the weather has dropped enough that I can wear cushy socks. I'm asking for a red pair of that style you're wearing for Xmas.

What's the single count down to?
These socks are so nice! I spent waaaaaay too much time looking for those shoes online at the lowest possible price I could find the other day and then finally balked, realizing I don't really need shoes like that until springtime. If I had them now, I'd just put too much wear on them in the slush, mush, and snow because I wouldn't be able to resist wearing them.
I'm not really sure how many times I've gone about my day out and about, after taking pics of socks, with one or more pant leg still rolled up! At least, that way, the socks get seen!
